In SRAM, LLC v. Fox Factory, Inc., the parties jointly moved to dismiss SRAM's appeal from a Patent Trial and Appeal Board decision in IPR2024-00492, and the Federal Circuit granted the dismissal under Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 42(b), with each side to bear its own costs.
