Apple Inc., consolidated appeals Nos. 2025-2125, 2025-2126, and 2025-2127 from three Patent Trial and Appeal Board inter partes review proceedings, the Federal Circuit dismissed the appeals by agreement of the parties under Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 42(b), with each side to bear its own costs.
